  10. Select the checkbox next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
  11. Select the checkbox next to Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
  12. Then, you will need to go to the Advanced tab and enter the following information in the prompted fields as suggested below:
    1. Incoming Server: Enter 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP3)
    2. Use the following type of encrypted connection: Select SSL
    3. Outgoing server: Enter 465 (IMAP and POP3)
    4. Use the following type of encrypted connection: Select SSL
  13. Once you are done entering the information in the appropriate fields as suggested, you will need to select the OK button and then on the Next button.
  14. As you will click on the Next button, Outlook will open a window on your screen where your account connection will be tested.
  15. If the testing process will be get completed successfully, simply click on the Finish button.
